Meet our Artistic Staff...

Director: Tia Mapes

Ms. Tia Mapes is very excited to lead this amazing troupe of talent. Ms. Mapes spent many years 'pounding the pavement' in New York City and is honored to share those experiences with her students.Her professional credits include the National, Canadian, and Asian tour of 42nd Street, National tours of Ziegfeld Follies, and A Christmas Carol. Regional credits include Oklahoma, West Side Story, Guys and Dolls, Grease, Joseph & the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Brigadoon, The Sound of Music, and a headline singer for Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines. She also wrote and produced her own show The Andrews Sisters; Third Cousins, Twice Removed performed in numerous Cabaret venues in New York City including Don't Tell Mama. 


Music Director: Lauren Rizzo

Ms. Lauren Rizzo has been the Chorus teacher and Music Theatre Vocal Director at Boca High for the past seven years.  She earned both her Bachelor and Master of Music Education from Florida State University.  Outside of Boca High, Ms. Rizzo sings with the Festival Singers of Florida.  

Choreographer: Angela Morando-Taylor

Orchestra Director: Jenn Mammino

Jenn Mammino attended Florida State University and graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Music Education and a Bachelor of Music in Horn Performance. While at FSU, Ms. Mammino participated in the world-renowned Florida State University Marching Chiefs serving as the Head Drum Major and Horn Section Leader.

During her college years, she competed in prestigious concerto and solo competitions, placing first with her quartet at the 2010 Southeast Horn Workshop. In addition, Ms. Mammino was a member of CMENC (Collegiate Music Educator’s National Conference) and Tau Beta Sigma national honorary band service sorority. For four years, Ms. Mammino performed as a member of the Boston Crusaders Drum and Bugle Corps serving the last two years as Mellophone Section Leader and Soloist.During her final season, she won the Individual and Ensemble Competition on French horn. In the Crusaders’ 2010 winter season she worked as a member of the visual staff. Ms. Mammino is looking forward to this wonderful opportunity as Director of Bands and is very excited about her future at Boca Raton High School.
